Configuration  MF 5 / activ IR-Feedback
0 = IR-Feedback inactiv
1 = Xmit kind, car-number & batterie status via back IR-LED
4 = Xmit kind, car-number & batterie status via MF5. Deactivate other port function
16 = Deactivate Hall-Sensor function. Use MF4 as a function which can be switched on/off
    via functionkey F11 of a DCC-Station.
